Our Mission: Commitment to Diversity in the Business Community

The Central Pennsylvania Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce believes that diversity is a goal that can never be considered fully achieved in the business community. CPGLCC works to support diversity and assist Central Pennsylvania’s business community in pursuit of an ideal workplace, marketplace, industry and region.

CPGLCC offers a comprehensive approach to diversity and inclusion in the business community by focusing on:

• People: Through encouraging workforce diversity
• Consumers: Through supporting appropriate joint marketing initiatives and other opportunities
• Businesses: Through developing partnerships with and among general business organizations
• Industry: Through development and support of workforce and supplier diversity programs

To achieve our vision fully, CPGLCC believes that all constituencies must be considered and thoughtfully included and developed.
